Dr. Ying Wang is a research demographer in the Population Program of the Bureau of Economic and Business Research (BEBR) at the University of Florida. She received a doctorate in Geography from the University of Florida in 2014. She joined the BEBR Population Program as a research demographer in 2014, and produces the official population projections for the State of Florida. She is Florida's representative to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Federal-State Cooperative Programs for Population Estimates (FSCPE) and Projections (FSCPP).
