We do surveys to collect data for the University of Florida and other organizations. Some surveys are administered over the phone while others are conducted by mail or online.
You were randomly selected. Depending on the type of survey, your phone number was randomly generated by a computer or randomly selected from a list.
The center has a toll free number that connects you directly to a supervisor. The number is 1-888-536-2434
We called you to get your valuable opinion. You were selected as a representative of a population, whether the survey is about Florida voters or members of a profession.
We collect data for a wide variety of agencies, businesses and organizations such as UF researchers, Florida state agencies, other universities, and private organizations.
All of your answers are confidential. The center considers that protecting people's privacy is an essential part of our operation. The responses you provide will not be linked to your name in any published reports.
We understand how busy life can be, so we work around your schedule. Just let us know when you are available. The center is open: Monday-Friday 9am-9pm. Saturday 12-6pm. Sunday 3-9pm.
We don’t have to do the survey all at once; we can pick up where you left off another time.
We believe in your right to know. The interviewer can tell you who is sponsoring the study, how long the survey will take and what the data will be used for. You can check our website or call our toll free number, 1-888-536-2434.
The National Do Not Call Registry does not apply to telephone surveyors. We are not restricted by this list because we are not trying to sell anything.
Maybe. We do surveys on many subjects such as: employment, health insurance, etc. You might get called for a different survey.
