Perry Leibovitz, B.A.

Perry Leibovitz is a project manager at the Bureau of Economic and Business Research’s UF Survey Research Center. Perry has worked at the UFSRC since 2010 in a variety of roles including telephone interviewer, hiring supervisor, and head of the training department. He is proficient in the SAS programming language and is working on a five-year project analyzing attitudes towards tobacco usage. Perry has a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Florida.

Scott Richards, M.A.

Scott Richards is the Coordinator of Programming and Research at the Bureau of Economic and Business Research's UF Survey Research Center. Scott has been employed at the UFSRC since 2000. His responsibilities include most programming and data-related tasks associated with the UFSRC’s many research projects.

Christopher McCarty, Ph.D.

Christopher McCarty, Ph.D.

Dr. Christopher McCarty is director of the University of Florida's Bureau of Economic and Business Research, and Associate Dean in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.. Dr. McCarty received an undergraduate degree in anthropology from West Virginia University in 1980 and a doctorate in anthropology from the University of Florida in 1992. He has conducted research in Mexico, and West Africa. He has consulted with USAID on projects in Cameroon, Ghana and Jamaica.
